Yes, I agree, very disturbing. It's kind of got that "scary movie" feel to it, and I'm not quite sure what the photo is saying. The baby is being gaged by musical notes and it looks like blood on it's head. The shot is entitled singing in the rain, so is it the blood that raining on the innocent while they sing?
